holidays...
Ciao to everyone,
as soon as I finished my three month retreat I came back to Frascati to see my superior and the other brothers. Two of my brothers were sick and I was the one serving them food and spending time with them as all the others were really busy with theirs studies... Eventually I managed to get four days holiday visiting y parents. the very day I arrived @ home I got sick too and I had high fever until the day I had to come back to Rome....
my main task was to defend myself to my mum's too affectionate attacks; I have to say she took advantage of the situation...
do you want something to eat? no mamma
hot milk? no mamma
milk with honey, honey? no mamma
camomille? no mamma
tea? no mamma
do you... MAMMA!!!!
Hot chocolate? YES MAMMA!!

I am so glad you are back.
My computer is still in the repair shop but I'm able to use my son's computer when he doesn't have it with him.
Yes, there is no one like Mom when her son is sick. :)

Actually this just meets my imagination what I believe how Italian Moms HAVE to be. Is your Mom a 'real' Italian Mom :-) ?
It's the same as the conversation/coaxing that takes place between my mother and my brother...except she's Irish.
Mothers, Irish, Italian, whatever. If you don't watch out, they can love you to death!
