18 - 012 A time to remember

and here we are again, a time given to us, a "present" to remember!
To remember who we are,
where we come from,
the gifted we've received.
it is only by remembering who we are and where we come from that we can understand where we have to go.

A Time of deep Silence
waiting for LIFE to win death.

In Italy we are used to give up something for lent. It's a well established tradition, within my family, that we give up chocolate (we're all chocoholic!!). But this year, beside what we all do in secret and within my fraternity here in the monastery, I give up internet, but not email (I need email for work).  Forty days out of the net, forty days the net out of my life!
