The story of Chiara Corbella: a mother and a heroin. After seeing two children dying in her arms decides to sacrifice her life for the third baby on the way, Francesco.
She is diagnosed with cancer and she prefers not to treat it because the drugs injected into her body could have killed the child on the way.
Chiara had met her husband Henry in a trip to Medjugorje. The marriage in 2008, then the expectation of the first daughter, Mary. The first ultrasound showed a malformation of the fetus: anencephaly. Chiara does not want an abortion and gives birth to the baby. Mary would live only half an hour, just the time for the baptism.
Soon Chiara was pregnant again; but Daivd, the new child, is limbless and he too dies soon after his birth, another baptism.
Chiara and Enrico, her husband, do not give up. She's pregnant again and Francesco is strong and healthy. Yet it is Chiara now who's been diagnosed with a cancer in the tongue. She can be cured, but the medicines would kill her baby. There's only one decision to take, her own life of her child's. There are no doubts, her Francesco must live!!
